This activity will end right where it started.

• All year long, kayak from the massive Hoover Dam!
• The required permit is obtained by the tour company (Evolution Expeditions) and allows visitors to see the enormous Hoover Dam from its base.
• The journey begins with a descent down the original road that was dug into the canyon cliffs during the 1930s to create this enormous construction project.
• Kayak from the Hoover Dam’s base, down the Colorado River and throught the Black Canyon.
• Geothermal hot spring pools are tucked away in side canyons, where you may bathe as you steam in the sauna cave.
• While kayaking the twelve-mile section, be prepared to look out for desert bighorn sheep, coyotes, falcons, bald eagles, and other migrating birds.
• Enjoy the historical landmarks, Emerald Cave, and Black Canyon’s splendour.
• This kayak journey is ideal for both novice paddlers and more experienced ones.
• Our skilled tour guides are familiar with the development of the Hoover Dam and the history of the Black Canyon.
• Lunch, snacks, and water are included.
• Guests must arrive at the Hoover Dam Lodge, paddle craft area, 40 minutes before to the tour start time, which is located in the lower north parking lot.
• Every adult participants must possess a valid ID.
